Job Summary
Ecologist undertaking ecological field surveys in Victoria, including assessment of native vegetation, flora and fauna, largely in Victoria but occasionally on interstate projects; preparation of Ecological Assessment Reports; providing internal ecological advice to Project Managers and the Environment & Planning team; strong report writing skills; ability to work independently and within a team; travel to regional areas and operate across built environment, transport, land and water, energy and government sectors.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years experience in ecological consulting in Victoria
- Tertiary qualifications in botany, ecology or environmental science
- Current Victorian drivers licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
