eCOA Vendor Start Up Manager, sponsor-dedicated

Act as the Single Point of Contact for supplier services during study start-up, serving as the primary conduit for issue escalation and daily oversight. Maintain close collaboration with the study team to review vendor-specific protocol sections, ensure expertise is leveraged for Final Protocol specifications, and share design changes with vendors for budget and timeline incorporation. Contribute to the Study Specification Worksheet, review quotes with procurement, coordinate kick-off meetings, and collect HA submission documents. Direct vendors on system setup, leading the design, build, testing, and validation of the eCOA system in collaboration with QA and external relationship teams. Create and maintain vendor risk maps with contingency plans to optimize the start-up process and ensure timely vendor database go-live.
