Job Summary
Conduct ECMO management on night shifts within a pediatric critical care setting. Provide specialized respiratory support and continuous monitoring for patients requiring extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. Maintain patient stability and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary NICU/Peds team. Requires BSN and 2+ years of ECMO experience, with a background in NICU/Peds or respiratory therapy. RN or Respiratory Therapy license in Texas or compact state is required. Three night shift positions available with full relocation assistance.
