Job Summary
Supervise and lead the Enhanced Care Management team, providing guidance, training, performance management, and professional development to ensure high-quality, patient-centered service delivery. Manage day-to-day operations of the ARC CM/ECM platform, including system availability, security, and performance, while evaluating operational bottlenecks to increase department efficiency. Oversee Managed Care Plan reporting, provider portal access, and user management, ensuring accurate documentation, billing submissions, and data integrity. Serve as the primary subject matter expert for ECM operations, coaching staff on care coordination workflows, enrollment documentation, and care planning requirements. Handle sensitive HR and executive information, addressing concerns involving protected health information and personnel matters with strict privacy compliance. Collaborate with Regional Program Managers on program operations, productivity tracking, and referral assignment monitoring.
