ECM Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary
Monitor and improve monthly quality metrics for all program staff, including billing errors, encounter counts, care plans, and authorization compliance. Track, document, and report patient data while auditing exclusions to ensure required documentation is on file. Assist with monthly reporting by creating RTF/OTF, SCR, and CLR documents, and distribute hospital notifications to staff. Prepare reports and deliverables for submission to meet quality requirements, including monthly action plans for continuous process improvement. Utilize quality assurance activities to identify training opportunities, develop materials, and conduct internal audits with constructive feedback sessions. Coordinate assigned quality and process improvement activities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation for the Quality & Contracts Supervisor and ECM Director.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or MPH, MBA, MHA, or related Master's degree preferred or relevant experience
- Experience with Managed Care/Hospital work experience
- Prior experience performing quality assurance in a healthcare environment
- Excellent communication skills, oral & written
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and empathy towards patients

- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Desired Qualifications
