Job Summary
Senior ECM Portfolio Manager to expand DRW's APAC ECM investment strategy. Lead live deal engagement, market sounding, and aftermarket opportunities; drive build-out of the APAC ECM investment capability in coordination with the global ECM team. Responsible for establishing and strengthening key market and stakeholder relationships (private equity sponsors, equity advisors, corporates, state entities, and others), managing day-to-day ECM core operations, maintaining engagement with equity syndicate desks across the region, and expanding participation in bilateral trades, club deals, and other bespoke ECM transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Equity Capital Markets (ECM)
- Portfolio management or investment strategy experience
- Ability to establish and strengthen stakeholder relationships
- Experience leading live deal interactions and aftermarket opportunities
- Strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to expand ECM investment capability in APAC
- Willingness to travel within APAC and globally as needed
