Job Summary
eCW Trainer responsible for delivering hands-on EMR training and ongoing education to front office, back office, and providers across clinic locations. Includes at-the-elbow and remote training sessions, collaboration with IT on EMR help-desk tickets, managing eCW ePrescription and EPCS licensing onboarding for providers, and participation in full implementation projects (migrations to eClinicalWorks). Duties include optimizing workflows for providers, staff, and clinics; collecting and sending training checklists; contributing to innovation projects to improve patient care; managing multiple projects at various stages; and assisting with Training and Development and Admin tasks as needed. Travel between clinics in Nevada is required. Requires eCW experience, deep EMR workflow knowledge, proficiency with the ticket system, comfort with group presentations, and remote training via Microsoft Teams.
Required Qualifications
- eCW experience required
- Thorough understanding of EMR workflows for front office, back office, billing, and providers
- Proficiency using the eClinicalWorks support ticket system
- Confidence in group presenting
- Mastery of providing remote training and support via Microsoft Teams
