Echocardiography Technologist Cardiovascular Sonographer

Perform a variety of diagnostic cardiac and vascular exams under physician direction to identify abnormalities for patient diagnosis. Prepare exam rooms, obtain informed consent, review patient history, select protocols, and position patients for high-frequency ultrasound procedures. Assess patient status, complete diagnostic techniques, and perform necessary interventions while ensuring quality images and accurate documentation. Coordinate image preparation for physician partners, communicate patient needs and observations to the multidisciplinary team, and ensure safe shift handoffs. Monitor equipment reliability, report issues, order supplies, clean rooms, and transport patients as required.
