Job Summary
Perform highly technical cardiac ultrasonographic procedures using non-ionizing high-frequency ultrasonic waves under the general supervision of the Director of Cardiology. Execute these tasks within the scope of Cardiology Services and hospital policy while supporting the hospital's philosophy and objectives. Requires one year of cardiac ultrasound experience, an associate degree in radiologic technology or equivalent, and BLS training. RDCS registry preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in radiologic technology or equivalent education/experience in a related health care field
- RDCS registry
- BLS Training
- 1 year experience cardiac ultrasound
