Job Summary
Echocardiography Lab operations including performing Transthoracic and Trans-esophageal Echocardiograms, contrast studies with Definity, bubble studies, and stress echocardiograms; preliminary interpretation and assistance during transesophageal procedures; utilization of 2D, M-Mode and Doppler to record data; setting up rooms/equipment; ensuring image quality and coordinating with cardiology and nursing staff; includes patient education, documentation, quality improvement activities, and maintaining accreditation-related requirements; requires Cardio-Vascular program training and RDMS or RCS certification, with minimum of three years practical experience.
