Job Summary
Performs diagnostic echocardiograms and related procedures in the Echocardiography department; calculates measurements to support cardiac diagnosis and treatment planning, with operational knowledge of echocardiography equipment and cardiac anatomy. Requires ARDMS or CCI cardiac sonographer certification and BLS; ACLS preferred. Day shift in Santa Barbara, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited cardiac sonographer program
- Registered by ARDMS or CCI as Cardiac Sonographer
- BLS certification by American Heart Association
- Preferred ACLS
