Job Summary
Travel Echo/Vascular Tech role for Cardiac Sonographer. Explain procedures, prep patients, and ensure comfort during scans. Operate ultrasound machines to capture images of the heart’s chambers, valves, and blood vessels. Perform routine transthoracic echoes (TTE) and complex tests like stress or transesophageal (TEE) echoes. Take precise measurements, analyze data, and prepare preliminary reports for physicians. Maintain and adjust ultrasound equipment. Requires 2 years of sonographer echo/vascular experience, RDCS and BLS certifications. Local & travel allowed with a 13-week contract; shift schedule 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, with on-call and weekend coverage. Driver’s license required; COVID vaccination required after submission. Position located in Lawton, OK. Former CCMH employees restricted from returning via agency for 6 months post-employment.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years sonographer echo/vascular experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer ARDMS)
Additional Requirements
- Former direct employees of CCMH are not eligible to return through an agency until after 6 months of their former direct employment.
