Echo / Vascular Sonographer I

Perform diagnostic cardiology and/or vascular sonographic imaging to demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and intervention under supervision. Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain technical factors to achieve high-quality images, while recognizing normal and abnormal anatomy. Collaborate with cardiologists to perform exams, administer medical aid for emergencies, and ensure patient safety using standard precautions. Document clinical histories, verify patient identification, and maintain accurate records. Participate in quality control tasks, supervise student sonographers, and direct daily workflow. Adhere to Orlando Health policies, state regulations, and ADA/FMLA standards.
