Echo Technologist, Resource Pool

Perform all required ultrasound and clinical evaluations at a technical level not requiring direct supervision. Assist the Lead Echo Technologist with daily echocardiology laboratory operations and staff training. Maintain high medical ethics standards while using cognitive sonographic skills to identify and record anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic images. Coordinate work schedules with the Manager of Noninvasive Cardiology to ensure workload coverage and consult with referring physicians regarding patient history to determine appropriate procedures. Support accreditation requirements and application submissions. Requires RDCS or RCS certification with Echocardiology registry eligibility within one year of hire.
