Echo Sonographer

Job Summary
Performs transthoracic echocardiograms and stress echo exams following established protocols; communicates effectively with patients, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure optimal imaging and patient experience; obtains patient history and presents findings to interpretting physician; assists with ACR and IAC accreditation processes; travels to assigned client locations; maintains and operates ultrasound equipment safely and contributes to quality improvement initiatives. Schedule is Monday–Friday, daylight hours with no nights or weekends; travel reimbursement provided; comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development support.
Required Qualifications
- RDCS (ARDMS) or RCS (CCI)
- RVT/RVS a plus
- Successful completion of an accredited ultrasound program
- 1 year of Cardiac and/or Vascular Ultrasound experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in strain imaging, 3D echocardiography, Definity contrast, and IV placement
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Valid Drivers License
