Job Summary
Lead advanced structural and interventional echocardiography programs by ensuring high-quality imaging for procedures including TAVR, TMVR, TEER, and LAA closure. Provide strategic leadership for the Echo Lab by collaborating with sonographers, physicians, and staff while partnering with System Imaging and surgical leadership to drive growth initiatives. Oversee education for fellows and multidisciplinary teams, engage in clinical research and device trials, and maintain operational efficiency, quality assurance, and accreditation compliance. This role requires Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease and Echocardiography, Level III training, and a Doctorate in Medicine. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Echocardiography
- Level III training in echocardiography
- Minimum 5 years' experience in echocardiography with structural/interventional echo expertise
- Proven leadership skills in clinical operations, education, and quality improvement
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
