Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service to all hotel guests, check guests in and out of the hotel, manage reservations, and resolve any guest issues that arise. Maintain honesty and integrity while representing the ECHO Suites Extended Stay brand as the face of the hotel. Full-time associates earn time and half on designated holidays.
