Job Summary
Lead the installation and deployment of new ticketing equipment across vehicles and infrastructure while coordinating the decommissioning and recycling of legacy hardware. Define and implement hardware maintenance processes, spare parts management, and SLA monitoring to ensure successful delivery across multiple stakeholders. Manage supplier contracts, validate change requests, and oversee financial reporting while supervising field operations to maintain installation quality and operational readiness. Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and dependencies through regular updates to governance and program management. Requires proven experience managing complex technical infrastructure projects, strong leadership skills, and native-level French. Hybrid role based in Namur, Belgium, with frequent travel across Wallonia.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex technical infrastructure or engineering projects
- Strong expertise in project monitoring, budget management, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience working within large organizations and the public sector
- Knowledge of public procurement processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Native-level French
- Hybrid, based in Namur, Belgium, with frequent travel across Wallonia
