ECH - Home Orientation Representative

Schedule pre-closing inspections with homeowners and the construction team to identify deficiencies per Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines and the Ontario Building Code. Lead in-person Pre-Delivery Inspections, oversee outstanding deficiency completions, and conduct exterior site auditing. Create onsite files and packages with documentation, report findings via spreadsheets and internal aging reports, and coordinate follow-up orientations after closing. Manage email communication with homeowners and internal departments while supporting onsite administration as needed. Travel to various sites and offices as required. This role supports communities in Breslau, Caledonia, and Brantford for Empire Homes, a major private homebuilder fostering creativity and excellence in the industry.
