Job Summary
Performs routine electrocardiograms and Holter applications under the supervision of RNs/Physicians, ensuring high-quality ECGs according to patient schedule and protocol guidelines. Maintains and prepares ECG equipment, assists RNs with ECG performance, inventories supplies, and communicates effectively to support patient safety and protocol integrity. Demonstrates knowledge of patient care for the ECG technician role and participates in clinical trials and daily operational tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or Equivalent; experience performing ECGs required
- Completion of ECG course preferred
