Job Summary
Entry-level and experienced ECG Analysis Technicians interpret ECG data and analyze CAM reports to produce high-quality cardiac monitoring reports for clinical customers. Responsibilities include processing, analyzing, interpreting, and editing ECG data for clinical accuracy; identifying ECG abnormalities that meet notification criteria; building CAM reports with findings and ECG strips; achieving monthly quality and productivity metrics; maintaining proficiency with job-specific requirements and pursuing CRAT or CCT certification within 12 months of hire. Onsite Monday–Friday in Minneapolis, MN with required ECG training and BDx software training on hire; strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass the ECG Training Course upon hire with a 75% or better and/or pass the Pre-Employment ECG Exam prior to employment
- Must pass the BDx Software Training Course upon hire
- Must obtain CRAT or CCT certification within 12 months of hire date if not already certified
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention-to-detail
- Phenomenal work ethic and desire to provide high quality outcomes (reports) to our customers and patients
- Must be able to balance team/individual responsibilities and contribute to a positive team culture
