ECE Teacher's Aide I

The Kroc Keiki Learning Center Teacher’s Aide I will work with a supervising teacher to deliver a developmentally appropriate curriculum, fostering children's health, safety, education, and spiritual and psychological wellness. Responsibilities include implementing activities that meet children's needs, maintaining safety standards, preparing the classroom, supervising children, and assisting in personal hygiene and proper eating habits. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, an interest in working with children aged 2-5, and are preferred to possess coursework in Early Childhood Education. This role requires the ability to manage multiple activities, communicate effectively with children, and promote a welcoming environment.
