Provide high quality care and education for tamariki enrolled at the centre; plan and guide the developmental journey of each tamaiti using Te Whāriki as a foundation; implement the curriculum with creative ideas; build warm, authentic relationships with families and whānau; maintain high standards of physical care and hygiene; foster a collaborative, supportive team environment; engage in ongoing professional development to keep practice current; uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi through inclusive and equitable mahi; lead with professional integrity and drive continuous improvement within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Level 7 ECE or Primary qualification
- current registration
- NZ residency or valid NZ work visa
