Job Summary
Lead a culturally responsive Dual Language Early Learning classroom as an ECE Assistant/Lead Teacher. Responsibilities include creating engaging, play-based learning experiences; supporting home language development and English acquisition; partnering with diverse families; mentoring Assistant Teachers; and contributing to a collaborative team to prepare children for lifelong learning. Emphasis on language preservation, immigrant/refugee children's needs, culturally and linguistically responsive practices, and opportunities for professional development within a mission-driven environment.
