Job Summary
Provide emergency and critical care nursing for pets with DKA, MODS, GDV, central lines, high-flow oxygen, ventilators, and feeding tubes using digital systems and Smartflow. Deliver IV catheter placement, blood sampling, and anaesthesia monitoring while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations. Participate in a structured training pathway including orientation, shadowing, and induction modules with focused mentoring from your direct manager. Work flexible 9- to 12-hour shifts across mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays without on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- equivalent qualification
- Applicants currently studying their Certificate IV
