Job Summary
ECAD Librarian responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing electronic component libraries, ensuring compliance with industry standards (JEDEC, IPC), collaborating with hardware engineers to support PCB design, library management lifecycle, audits and discrepancies resolution, training and support, and exploring new components and technologies; requires ORCAD/Allegro experience, 3D modeling, scripting familiarity (Python/Perl), and strong communication for cross-team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Level Degree required
- 3-5 years experience working with an ECAD library, 3D modeling, and basic drafting
- Experience with ORCAD and Allegro software packages
- Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor’s Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years; or equivalent work experience
