Job Summary
Lead the Boys Varsity Wrestling program, overseeing organization, administration, and philosophy of the sport; coach participants to develop skills, discipline, sportsmanship, and self-esteem; ensure compliance with IHSAA/HHC rules, maintain rosters and communications, plan travel and facilities, and supervise coaching staff and program activities; collaborate with Athletic Director and BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR on budgeting, scheduling, and program advancement; advance safety, player welfare, and positive competitive environments; requires a valid teaching certificate and a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Valid teaching certificate
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- First aid and CPR training preferred
- Experience in teaching and/or coaching preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate success in the area of application
