EC Teacher Assistant - Bus License Required

Conduct individualized and group instruction based on student IEP goals while implementing research-based reading, math, and social skill programs. Supervise students during off-campus activities, field trips, and inclusion programs, ensuring adherence to crisis plans and behavior intervention protocols. Provide specialized care including physical care routines, medication administration, and oral-motor feeding programs under therapy staff direction. Perform classroom housekeeping, maintain inventory of materials, and assist with clerical tasks such as attendance tracking and home-school communication. Operate the school bus safely, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining routes, and performing evacuation drills. Maintain confidentiality of student information and advocate for student needs to administration and community providers.
