EC Pre-K Instructional Assistant

Supports the instructional program by collaborating with classroom teachers to work with small groups of students, assisting teachers with identified students in need of intervention or enrichment, and maintaining related records. Conducts assessments under teacher supervision, organizes instructional materials for small groups, reports student progress to teachers, and helps supervise students during class, lunch, and field trips. Participates in meetings and professional development, adheres to policies, safeguards confidentiality of student information, and supports students with special needs, IEP goals, and life skills as appropriate. Maintains files and records and assists with learning activities across EC Pre-K, library, and technology contexts as assigned.
