Job Summary
EC Instructional Assistant to support classroom teachers in elementary or secondary settings, helping students with disabilities develop and fulfill academic goals by contributing to a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to student maturity and interests. Provides guidance and advancement of the teacher's plan, supports student engagement and progress, and collaborates with the teaching team to implement lessons and student-support activities.
