Job Summary
Conduct consulting sales to maximize store performance by sharing targets, performing market analysis, and proposing solutions such as seasonal advertising campaigns. Analyze key figures including page access counts and spend per customer to drive growth. Support the development of original products and private brands while proposing asset services from Group companies. Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 stores, balancing 70% office work with 30% face-to-face meetings to discuss mid-to-long-term sales measures and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Sales experience (both corporate and individual) or sales management experience in the distribution/retail industry
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country)
- Proof of eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in proposal/solution/consulting type sales
- Experience in merchandising and sales management in the distribution or retail industry
- Experience as a sales floor manager or supervisor (convenience store, department stores, etc.)
