Job Summary
Build, manage, and deploy cloud hosting environments powering modern SaaS solutions using Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Azure Virtual Desktop. Optimize cloud infrastructure, automate deployments with Bicep and PowerShell, and strengthen security across private and public cloud systems. Take long-term ownership of business-critical applications while supporting the ongoing transition to Azure. This permanent internal role requires 4–5 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure environments with a proactive mindset. Based in Utrecht with flexible hybrid options, the salary reaches €90k including a 13th month and holiday allowance. Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years of relevant working experience in a professional cloud, infrastructure, or IT environment
- Handson experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including Entra Connect Sync
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), preferably with MSIX app attach
- Experience with PowerShell and infrastructure automation
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Familiarity with automation and security tools such as Microsoft Defender, Ivanti Automation Manager, Ivanti Security Controls, or Tenable
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Bicep
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- AZ-900 or AZ-104 certification is considered a plus
- Passionate about learning and applying new technologies
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and customer-focused engineering team
- Fluent in English
- EU citizenship or a valid permanent residence/partner visa (no visa sponsorship available)
