Job Summary
EC Adapted Curriculum TeacherEXTENSIONS provides intermediate-level instruction under supervision, developing and delivering lesson plans aligned to IEP goals and district policies; responsibilities include collaborating with administration and educators, administering/interpretating tests, using data to track progress toward academic/behavioral goals, implementing behavioral supports (including BIPs/ABA concepts), and creating an inclusive, proactive classroom environment while meeting state/federal requirements. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a valid NC teaching license; a Master's in education is preferred. Travel to school district buildings or professional meetings is noted.
