Job Summary
Lead design and release engineering on future model programs for all development, including meeting VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing. Direct the Interior development team to deliver best-in-class driving experiences while managing large-scale projects and overcoming geographical challenges with global project stakeholders. Requires 13+ years of experience in automotive or related industries, extensive expertise in designing and releasing automotive interior products, and proficiency in CAD software such as CATIA. Candidates must possess excellent project management skills, professional presentation abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Required Qualifications
- 13+ years of experience in the automotive or related industries
- Extensive experience in designing and releasing automotive interior products
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive interior areas
- Proficient in CAD software (CATIA)
- Excellent project management skills
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High-level understanding of all aspects of automotive interiors
- Experience working on large-scale projects
