Job Summary
Lead Design and release Engineering on future model programs for all development, including meeting VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing. Supervise a team of 2-3 senior and engineers responsible for the Engineering department, driving best-in-class driving experiences through collaboration with Engineering, Quality Control, and suppliers. Manage project meetings, deliver presentations, and coordinate with global stakeholders to overcome geographical challenges. Requires 13+ years in automotive, CAD skills in CATIA, and expertise in steering and chassis systems.
Required Qualifications
- 13+ years' experience in automotive or related industries
- Related Degree in Engineering field
- Experience in design and release – with a focus on either mounts/bushes/wheels/tyres/tools
- Experience in most areas of Chassis – suspension/steering/wheels/tyres
- Experience in Steering systems
- CAD skills - CATIA
- Understanding all Chassis aspects at a high level
- Experience in steering components
