EBUS Chassis Lead Engineer

Job Summary
Lead the design and release of chassis components, including mounts, bushes, wheels, tires, and tools, while working across suspension, brake, steering, and wheel systems. Provide expertise in steering systems and components, and manage program meetings to deliver technical presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as the liaison between the chassis and program teams to ensure alignment across all aspects of chassis engineering. Utilize CAD skills, specifically CATIA, to process and analyze large volumes of data for cutting-edge solutions. This role supports VinFast's mission of revolutionizing the automotive industry with sustainable mobility solutions through innovation and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in design and release – with a focus on either mounts/bushes/wheels/tyres/tools
- Experience in most areas of Chassis – suspension/steering/wheels/tires
- Experience in Steering systems
- CAD skills - CATIA
- Project management skills- link between chassis and the program team
- Understanding all Chassis aspects at a high level
- Experience in steering components
