Job Summary
Facilitate lean, growth, and leadership training programs, Kaizen events, and other continuous improvement initiatives across sites. Assess and coach teams to strengthen competencies while monitoring manufacturing processes for safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements through root cause analysis. Lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams to drive results by leveraging EBS tools and consulting skills, and track progress against established Key Performance Indicators. Achieve PSP Train-the-Trainer and MBB certifications to evolve and apply appropriate tools for implementation. Support business functions in developing Strategy Deployment and Daily Management objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Achieve Problem Solving Process (PSP) Train-the-Trainer Certification
- Achieve MBB certification in at least one other EBS tool
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related discipline
- willing to consider alternate Bachelor Degree programs with relevant experience in excess of the requirement below
