Job Summary
HR Recruiter in Dehradun responsible for end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding. Partners with business leaders to understand hiring needs and role specifications; uses multiple sourcing channels and coordinates interview rounds. Maintains recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases to manage pipelines; ensures adherence to recruitment policies and contributes to employer branding through a professional candidate experience. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR/Business Administration or related discipline and 1-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience across IT and Non-IT. Must be proficient with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS, with strong verbal and written communication and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles
- Proficient in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates across diverse functions and levels
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver within stipulated timelines
