Job Summary
Manage client electronic billing processes by handling fee statement requests, disseminating pre-bills, and reviewing, editing, and finalizing them. Submit and coordinate e-bills through various platforms while maintaining accurate internal records and tracking bill status for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Respond to internal and external invoice requests and manage timekeeper and billing rates in client systems. This part-time role involves approximately 15 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, with fully remote work from home offices.

- Strong verbal, written communication, and customer service skills
- A minimum of 3 years of direct law firm ebilling experience
- Knowledge and ability to understand ebilling & all other billing systems functionality/capabilities and billing models
- Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with both attorneys, staff, vendors, and clients
- Observes confidentiality of client and firm matters
- Expertise in ebilling and platforms such as Legal Tracker, Counsel Link, Tymetrix360, Acuity, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Mac/Apple operating systems
- Microsoft Office 365
- Strong attention to detail
- W-2, part-time position
- Approximately 15 hours a week
- Monday–Friday
- Fully remote
- Limited travel only for firm events/training
Desired Qualifications
- preference shall be given to candidates working with cloud-based billing systems
