Job Summary
Deliver hospitality-focused support for Sales & Marketing at Marriott by handling guest calls, reservations, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail; perform up-selling to maximize revenue and enhance guest loyalty; process Marriott Rewards redemptions and maintain accurate rewards data; assist in training and motivating staff while upholding brand standards and professional communication; manage general office duties (filing, emailing, typing, faxing) and contribute to positive guest experiences through thorough service and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
