Job Summary
EB Service Team Lead responsible for leading the EB service team, balancing client service, team leadership, and operational execution. Acts as primary point of contact for escalated client issues, oversees renewals, RFPs, and carrier negotiations, and supports growth opportunities within accounts while maintaining their own EB book of business. Requires active Life & Health license, 5+ years EB experience, leadership capabilities, and ability to manage performance, coaching, and collaboration with HR. Travel may be required for training, conferences, or meetings.
Required Qualifications
