Job Summary
Lead and manage a profitability-driven Employee Benefits portfolio by overseeing client relationships, coordinating implementations with Account Executives/Account Managers, guiding the client service team, and driving renewals and plan optimizations. Responsibilities include educating clients on benefit strategies, conducting open enrollment meetings, collaborating with the sales team on client acquisitions and servicing, and participating in training and industry functions. Requires insurance license maintenance and ability to travel for training and client engagements. Commission-only compensation with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, and PTO. Location: Craig, Colorado. Must maintain professionalism, integrity, and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Desired Qualifications
- Prior Insurance Sales Experience Preferred
- College education or equivalent insurance experience preferred
- Maintain an insurance license as mandated by the relevant State Department of Insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to travel for training sessions, conferences, or client meetings if required
