Job Summary
EB Account Executive responsible for managing a book of employee benefits clients, guiding renewal processes, creating and negotiating RFPs, supporting new business development, delivering proactive client service via phone, email, and in-person, conducting enrollment meetings, reviewing carrier contracts, analyzing quotes, and communicating industry trends. Requires 3+ years EB account management experience and a Colorado Life and Health Insurance license; high school diploma or equivalent; occasional travel; proficient in client service, relationship management, cross-selling opportunities, and using EPIC/Mountain West EB workflow to maintain data accuracy and ensure timely open enrollment execution.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Employee Benefits (EB) Account Management experience
- Colorado Life and Health Insurance license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must maintain an insurance license as mandated by the Colorado State Department of Insurance and Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, LLC
- Must maintain a valid driver's license for occasional travel
