Job Summary
Administer and support project management software and digital tools for progress tracking, quality management, planning, cost control, and reporting. Provide user support for the Easy Plant system covering Safety, Quality Assurance, Project Controls, Planning & Progress, and Cost Forecasting functions. Collect, verify, upload, and maintain project data within corporate and project management systems while performing on-site verification of construction progress. Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Quality Control, and Project Controls teams to ensure data accuracy, prepare progress calculations, and generate weekly and monthly project progress reports. Assist in maintaining accurate project records and reporting databases to support project execution and handover activities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Experience in project controls, planning, reporting, data management, or project systems within EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, or Industrial projects
- Familiarity with project management and reporting systems such as Easy Plant or similar platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
