Perform instructional and classroom management processes for teachers who are absent within Eastside Middle School. You may be required to fill teacher absences at other school locations if no absences occur at the assigned site, with travel reimbursement for mileage. This full-time, 10-month employee status includes 187 total contract days, comprising 170 instructional days, 7 Bullitt days, 4 professional learning days, 2 teacher opening and closing days, and 4 paid holidays. The role requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree and provides access to health insurance, life insurance, and prorated sick, personal, and emergency leave. Unused personal leave rolls over to sick leave, and employees earn two additional sick days if none are used during the school year.
