Job Summary
Warehouse Operations Associate performs loading/unloading, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping/receiving, inventory, and re-warehousing duties to meet department standards. Requires following safety guidelines, accurate data entry into systems (including RF handhelds), and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Requires English literacy, attention to detail, and ability to use basic math; may involve operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks. Minimum three months of work experience and High School Diploma or equivalent are required. The role is based in Easton, PA, and may require extended hours in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position emphasizes adherence to cGMP practices and company policies, with a focus on maintaining clean workspaces and collaborating with associates, leads, supervisors, and managers.
