Execute recipes, cook dishes, and maintain strict hygiene standards including HACCP and FIFO protocols. Train and supervise Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs while assisting with menu development and special African dishes. Manage kitchen inventory and equipment throughout operations. Requires expertise in various African cooking techniques, a high school diploma, and vocational certification. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
