Job Summary
Lead spiritual development, recruit and train volunteers, and manage resource development for Young Life's evangelism and discipleship mission. Actively engage in contact work, club leadership, and summer camping strategy while raising financial support and maintaining donor relationships. Support office administration, complete expense reports, and adhere to all organizational policies and the Statement of Faith. Pursue a college degree and receive individualized training to enhance ministry skills and personal character.
Required Qualifications
- Profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord
- Subscribe to the statements and policies required of all Young Life staff, including the Young Life Statement of Faith
- Be ready, willing and able to fulfill such ministry functions as may be required by the organization
- Refrain from conduct and statements that detract from the biblical standards taught and supported by Young Life
- Abide by all policies and practices of Young Life including, without limitation, those related to religious belief or ministry activities
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Pursuing a college degree
