Job Summary
As an Attendant/Caregiver, you will assist clients in daily activities, maintain compliance with health policies, and supervise clients to ensure safety. The role requires interaction with clients and fellow staff, demonstrating a helpful attitude, and providing personal assistance services. Physical demands include lifting, moving objects, and recognizing environmental hazards. Effective communication and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a pleasant and cheerful demeanor
- Ability to understand and carry out detailed oral and written instructions
- Ability to recognize changes in a client’s appearance, attitude, and condition
- Ability to exercise patience, tact, initiative, judgment, and confidentiality
- Ability to use up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force continuously
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Completion of required training requirements
