Job Summary
Managing Director for Supply Chain Innovation & Operations Performance at Protiviti NYC-Princeton hub leads modernization of supply chain and operations through agile factories, intelligent warehouse/distribution, and digital offerings (e.g., X-as-a-Service). Drives business development, market differentiation, and delivery excellence; builds and guides a high-growth practice, mentors leaders, and collaborates across Protiviti and Robert Half partnerships. Key focus areas include supply chain risk and resiliency, cloud, AI/ML-driven insights, ESG value chain compliance, cost optimization, customer satisfaction, and go-to-market strategy. The role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, delivering transformative engagements, and maintaining market eminence through innovative offerings and strong leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, or Business Related Field)
- Master’s or advanced degree preferred
- 20+ years working in internal audit, consulting, assurance services, or related field
- experience advising clients on strategic matters, trends, regulatory changes, and business insights relevant to operations
- ability to lead a large, transformation-focused practice
- strong leadership, client relationship, and sales capability
- ability to work across a global organization and with partners (Protiviti and RH)
